Physera helps people with injuries, daily aches and pains, or other issues. The app is available to download for free for Android and iOS.
Features of this app include workouts all over the body, tracking exercises, workouts that take as little as 5 minutes, and create-your-own workouts. Users can even start with a face-to-face video chat with a physical therapist to set goals and plans in place with the physical therapy portion of the app.
